The change can be monitored from the fingertip itself and the device will convert the data into a number for indicating the oxygen requirement in blood. The device will also let users compare the results of different days in a week.
The Zen Index data in this device explains users their heart rate variability and understands their level of stress through their heart rate rhythm. The app that is used along with the Tinkle accessory is free, but the device costs $119.
