Chinese and Japanese phones continue to leave the rest of world wondering why they are left behind on the high-tech world. Sharp has began the new year in the right foot by introducing the SH810C, a phone with an 8 megapixel camera, and a high-resolution 3″ display.
The SH810C has a clamshell form factor, and 3” LCD AVS display, with 854×480 pixels of resolution. The 8 megapixel camera has a CCD sensor unlike the CMOS sensors commonly used. Flash is existent, although there is no word whether it is LED or Xenon.
The phone is available in three colours, black, purple, and silver, but there is no information on price or availability.
