Samsung Announces Galaxy Core II, Ace 4, Young 2 and Star 2

SEOUL, South Korea – Samsung has announced four new smartphones: the Samsung Galaxy Core II, Samsung Galaxy Star 2, Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Young 2.

The Samsung Galaxy Core II is the most powerful among the lot and hosts a 4.5-inch WVGA display with a quad-core 1.2GHz processor. Other specs for the device include 768MB of RAM, 4GB of expandable storage. Its back hosts a 5MP camera with LED flash while the front has a VGA camera. The device comes with a battery capacity of 2200mAh and some basic connectivity options like dual SIM, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with GLONASS, Wi-Fi, 3G connectivity and FM Radio. It works on Android 4.4 KitKat and comes in two color options of White and Black.

Samsung Galaxy Core II

The Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 hosts a compact and portable design with 4.5” display and is powered with 1 GHz dual-core processor. The device comes with Android 4.4 KitKat skinned with Samsung’s simplified TouchWiz interface and “enhanced” camera UI. With the latest Android OS on-board, users get the benefit of different features like QuickOffice, wireless printing and smart storage access.

Samsung Galaxy Ace 4

The Samsung Galaxy Young 2 hosts a 3.5″ HVGA display and is powered with a 1 GHz single-core processor. The device has just 512MB of RAM and offers 4GB of internal storage. It comes with a 3MP fixed-focus camera and a battery capacity of 1300mAh. The device also runs Android KitKat and comes with some basic connectivity options like dual SIM, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi and 3G. It is available in two color options of white and iris charcoal.

Samsung Galaxy Young 2

The Samsung Galaxy Star 2 has almost all the similar specs to the above-mentioned Young 2, but the camera goes down to 2MP and has dropped down the 3G connectivity. The smartphone comes in two color options of white and iris charcoal.
