Texas Hold em King 2 BlackBerry gameTexas Hold ‘Em poker has exploded in popularity over the past several years. It is all over television, video games, movies, and has of course been very popular on mobile devices.

Texas Hold ‘Em King 2 is a great game for any Blackberry user looking for a quick fix of fake gambling. There are many games on the market that offer a mobile Texas Hold ‘Em experience, but this one is particularly fun and simple to use. Its interface is simple, and yet not too simple. The presentation is great, but there is definitely room for improvement.

For those who don’t know, Texas Hold ‘Em is a form of poker in which each player is dealt two cards. Five cards are dealt on the table in intervals of three, one, and one, in between which bets are made. The objective is using the best combination of the player’s hand and the cards on the table. King’s best asset is its presentation and its shows. Animations run smoothly, and can be turned off.

The biggest drawback of it is that the opponent pictures are pixelated and a bit too flat.

Gameplay is simple and easy to pick up, with several different brackets and modes. There is even the option for Multiplayer.

Overall, it will cost a few dollars, but it’s definitely worth it for any poker fan. Texas Hold ‘Em King 2 can be found in the Blackberry App World for US$4.99.
