DONGGUAN, China – Chinese handset-manufacturer Oppo is planning to introduce yet another impressive mobile device, known to be an Oppo Find 5 phablet.
The company was the birthplace of Oppo Finder, the world’s thinnest smartphone at its launch, and the Oppo Find5 X990 claimed to be the world’s thinnest quad-core smartphone. The coming 5-inch phablet is known to possess a 1920×1080 pixels full HD display with a stunning 441ppi resolution, unlike anything else available in the modern market.
The new Oppo phablet is said to be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor capable of offering enhanced graphics capabilities for the high-resolution display. Its standard operating system would be Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The name of the new handset is still not known in advance. However, many people believe that it would be called Oppo Find 5 with a different model number. According to IT168 and CNMO, the device is still a prototype, and no information is yet available regarding its release date.
