ESPOO, Finland – Nokia has officially announced a new model to add to its popular Asha series, the Nokia Asha 310, leaked the Lumia 520 and 720, and new rumours of a 41-megapixel Windows Phone PureView device have surfaced.
The Asha 310 is a dual-SIM phone that looks quite similar to other models in the Asha series. This Wi-Fi enabled device comes with many other basic features that appeal to entry-level touchscreen phone users.
The existence of Nokia Lumia 520 and Lumia 720 are confirmed through a certification issued by the Indonesian Wireless Radio body. These two models are expected to be released during the upcoming MWC 2013. Although the existence of these devices is more or less confirmed, the specifications are not yet outed.
In yet another development, there are new rumors indicating that Nokia is working on a 41 MP PureView Windows Phone., fuelled by a design patent by Nokia. A new video is also released showcasing a model with striking resemblance to the new design – its authenticity is yet to be validated but there are genuine expectations that Nokia will soon release a Windows Phone 8 with PureView camera technology.
