NEW YORK, USA – The new LG Escape will soon be available at $50 through AT&T, and the yet-to-be-announced LG Optimus G will bring a 13 megapixel camera .
Powered by Android 4.0 ICS, the LG Escape features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 4GB of onboard memory expandable to 32GB with microSD. The 4.3″ qHD IPS touchscreen is made of durable Gorilla glass. The Escape also includes a 5MP camera with 1080p HD recording, Bluetooth, NFC, Google Integration and a powerful 2150mAh battery.
Verizon has started selling the LG Intuition, better known as the Optimus Vu, for $199 with a two-year contract. It features a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. In addition to the 5″ IPS LCD, 8MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera, it supports USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and HDMI. NFC radio and LG’s Tag+ stickers are other cool features of the Intuition.
As suggested previously, US Cellular is now selling the LG Splendor. However, its specifications are somewhat low-grade, including a single-core 1GHz CPU, 2GB of storage, a 4.3″ WVGA display and a 5MP camera.
Meanwhile, a promo video of LG Optimus G’s 13MP camera has been released. The high-resolution camera module contains a smaller 1/3″ sensor with 1.1-micron pixels. According to the video, an 8MP version of the sensor will also be available.
