Last Firmware Update for Nokia N9 Brings 1000 Changes

ESPOO, Finland – Nokia has released the latest version of the Meego firmware, labelled 40.2012.21-3 (PR 1.3), for the Nokia N9.

According to the company, there are more than 1000 quality improvements including mail, Facebook, Twitter, minor network and connectivity fixes that the new release will offer. Except from the above-mentioned fixes, other notable changes are connected with the following Nokia services: Nokia Store, Nokia Music, Nokia Link, Maps, Nokia Drive and AccuWeather.

Unofficially there are user reviews on better performance of the devices with the new firmware, especially in the fields of Wi-Fi connectivity and speed of the applications. Several of the known bugs of previous releases were fixed and improvement of the user experience seems to be the comment that all users tasting the new firmware report.
