iPad Indispensable for South African President’s State of the Nation Address
JOHANNESBURG, South Africa – With the State of the Nation address of President Jacob Zuma just around the corner, we witness once again the publication of a photo of the President, using an iPad in preparation for this event.
This is the second time when such a photo is published, after similar photo being tweeted approximately one year ago (below), just before the 2011 State of the Nation Address. It is obvious that this electronic device is commonly used by President Zuma for his preparations for the annual State of the Nation address.
The State of the Nation address is a part of the opening of the Parliament and is one of the key events in South Africa’s political calendar. This year it will take part at the Parliament on Thursday, 9th of February.
The South African President Jacob Zuma has invited South Africans to share comments for the content of the State of the Nation Address via his Twitter and Facebook accounts or by e-mail.
