TAOYUAN, Taiwan – HTC has sent invites for a February 19th event in New York, likely to unveil its new flagship HTC M7, as well as other Android devices.
According to Pocket-lint, the Android-based M7 will have an innovative “ultrapixel” camera. Instead of one 13-megapixel camera, the M7 will have three 4.3-MP sensor layers. The extra data generated by the three sensor lawyers will be combined to generate an extremely clear and sharp final image.
Aside from its ultrapixel camera, the HTC M7 is expected to feature the new HTC Sense 5 user interface, a 4.7-inch full HD display, and a 1.7GHz quad-core processor.
Evleaks reports that HTC will launch February 19 the M4 and the G2. The M4 will sport a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, and a 4.3-inch 720p display. The G2 will have a 1.0 GHz ARM Cortec processor and a 3.5-inch HVGA display.
The new devices from HTC are expected to be available in Spring this year.
