HTC Evo 3D camerasGLOBAL – XDA forum member Mnomaanw has come up with a technique to run Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows XP and Linux on the HTC Evo 3D.

With smartphones in the market for a few years now, that enable one to exchange emails, play high-resolution games, capturing high-resolution pictures, browsing webs and other facilities like music, users wondered when will they be able to run a complete desktop operating system on their handsets.

Mnomaanw has provided with a step to the thought of running Windows on ARM powered devices. The process is not much lengthy or confusing, it just requires a few files to be downloaded from Mnomaanw’s thread, a few changes to the system files, and running a particular APK extension file. This could help run different operating systems on HTC Evo 3D.

Although it is regarded as a step toward running complete desktop Windows platform on smartphones, this may not prove to be working absolutely, at least for now.
