MOUNTAIN VIEW, USA – Google demonstrated a new, enhanced, mobile search application for Android and iOS with voice recognition.
The improved application was exhibited this Tuesday and showed what the search app provides, besides the addition of voice feature, just like a Siri, to the app.
The app uses Google’s powerful search engine to give voice answers back to users. It is just like using a Siri on an iOS device, though with a more capable search engine.
The search engine is quite fast to respond, and answers with very relevant details. All a user has to do is ask it whatever they want to know, and based on the search query, the app comes back with appropriate reply, together with a vocal answer. A user can ask the app about the facts, to show pictures, help to solve arithmetic problems, update and forecast on weather, navigate to a specific location, or even for recipes.
