ESPOO, Finland – Nokia has partnered with Namco Bandai to bring some of the classic arcade games to the latest Asha devices.
The new affordable touch-phones Asha 305, 306 and 311 are specially designed for young and urban people who are more interested in social networks, web browsing and particularly gaming.
Following Nokia’s partnership with Namco Bandai Games, more than 20 classic arcade games will be available for download for Asha Touch phones through Nokia Store.
Pac-Man, Flight Control, Soulcalibur, Ace Combat Northern Wings, Final Fantasy, Ridge Racer Drift, Brain Exercise with Dr. Kawashima are some of the 22 games that are said to be coming to Asha Touch phones. Not to forget, the Asha Touch devices also feature 40 EA games including NFS The Run, FIFA 12, Bejeweled and Tetris.
As previously reported by PhoneRPT, the Nokia Asha 311 is a capacitive touch-screen handset powered by a 1GHz processor that supports 3.5G and WLAN connectivity, while the 306 is the cheapest Wi-Fi Nokia handset to date and the 305 comes with easy swap dual-SIM techonology.
