Android-powered Motorola Blade, XT670, MT680 on the Horizon

Motorola Razr Droid FighterLIBERTYVILLE, United States – It has been a while from the time that we heard about new phones by Motorola and especially after the company was acquired by Google, there were no news from Libertyville, Illinois whatsoever. This is about to change as in a recent leak we saw not one but whole bunch of three new releases, plotted by Motorola.

The first of the phones leaked suggests the next flagship of the company. It is expected to be named Motorola Blade and to combine characteristics of the rumored Droid Fighter, so we are still to unveil will there be one or two high-end smartphones coming from Motorola. Technically, the Motorola Blade will pack display of 4.5 inches or larger, HD camera and maybe a large 3,300mAh battery.

The second leaked model is the mid-range Motorola XT760, which is expected with Android 2.3, TFT LCD display with qHD resolution, a dual-core 1GHz CPU, an 8MP rear camera with AF and weighing 125 grams while being only 9.88mm thick.

There is and low-end member of the new Motorola trio – the Motorola MT680. This phone is expected also with Android 2.3, a TFT LCD screen with WVGA resolution, most probably a 1.5GHz single-core CPU, a 5MP camera and it will be a bit heavier and thicker than the Motorola XT760.

There is still no data about prices, expected markets and release dates for the three new additions to the Motorola family.
