LOS ANGELES, USA – The expected game console based on Android, called Ouya, is entering in its official pre-order phase. The orders are expected to be fulfilled by April 2013.
The Ouya console gained its popularity from the time that the project was put for fundraising at Kickstarter. At this time, every supporter of the console was able to order it for $99 and expect to lay hand on the console not later than March 2013. For the official pre-order, the console will be priced at $109 with one controller.
The selling points of the Ouya console include the ease of game development with a SDK included in every console and the requirement for any game developed for the console to have some kind of free-to-play version. The project was very popular at Kicksterter and was able to raise much more than the minimal required support at the start-up site.
