New Taipei, TAIWAN – Acer showcased three new Android smartphones during its participation at last month’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) – the Acer Liquid E1, C1 and Z2.
The Acer Liquid E1 is a dual-SIM smartphone with a 4.5-inch display screen. This device comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and it is powered by a 1 GHz processor. Other features such as 1 GB RAM, a 5 MP primary camera, 4 GB internal storage and 1760 mAh battery provide value to this handset.
The Acer Liquid C1 is powered by a 1.2 GHz Intel Atom Z2420 processor. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean just like the previous device, it sports a 4.3-inch qHD display screen, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal memory and a 2000 mAh battery.
The final smartphone in this list is the Acer Liquid Z2, which comes as a low-end Android 4.1 Jelly Bean handset. The device has a 3.5-inch display screen with 320 x 480 pixel resolution, a choice of 3 MP or 5 MP camera option adequate to its price range, a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM and expandable storage through a microSD memory card.
The devices are supplemented by Acer Cloud, a file sharing service compatible not only with these Android smartphones, but with iOS and Windows devices too. There is no storage limit for documents and pictures uploaded to this cloud.
