Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE (SM-N7505) Ready for Launch
SEOUL, South Korea and WASHINGTON, USA – The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo was recently spotted at the FCC undergoing approval.
FCC is specifically approving a device with model number SM-N7505, which is understood to be the LTE version of the Galaxy Note 3 Neo.
According to FCC documents, the SM-N7505 features an LTE band support of 5-850MHz which at the moment is used in South Korea. The device also comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and WCDMA 850/1900MHz.
It is believed that Samsung is planning to promote this device as a cheaper and cost-effective version of the original Galaxy Note 3. The Neo may have a 5.5” Super AMOLED 720p display, a brand new hexa-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, a 3 100 mAh battery, 16GB of expandable internal storage and faux leather back. Like other handsets in Samsung’s Galaxy Note line-up, the Note 3 Neo may also come with the famous S Pen stylus.
With the MWC coming next month in February, sources believe Samsung will officially announce the handset at the event.
