Previously, the update was only being sent out to the Wi-Fi-only variant, with the latest news on the block, the newest version will be heading out to LTE devices too. Since the roll-out has just begun and usually is done in stages, it will take a few days to reach all the devices.

The update for Wi-Fi only version amassed roughly at 550MB, so a similar size could be expected for LTE variants. It is divided in two parts – Upgrades to OS and Key device enhancements.

The OS upgrades include faster multitasking, immersive mode automatically providing fullscreen view, print services for HP ePrint, Google Cloud Print and other printers in the Google Play Store. Further, Multi-User mode allows to create multiple user accounts, and permissions for others to setup and customize them.

Improvements include fixing of delays in opening of S-Note files, fixing of tab-bar in portrait mode, flicker issue for Google Chrome, fixing of Google account sign-in error, fixing of access limit for enforcing PIN or pattern attempts when unlocking the device, and fixing of issues where decryption password failure did not erase SD card.
