Nvidia Shield 2 Spotted on AnTuTu Benchmarks

SANTA CLARA, USA – Nvidia, who has become famous in the mobile market for its Nvidia Shield portable console, is reportedly working on its second version, spotted on AnTutu benchmarks.

The Nvidia Shield 2 will aim at giving a seamless gaming experience and is being built on top of the existing Shield with a faster 2.5GHz Tegra K1 chip, 4GB of RAM, along with a powerful Kepler graphics chip with 192 cores.

The portable game console will offer a screen resolution of 1440×810 pixels along with the extra 90 pixels in height that are reserved for Android’s on-screen navigation bar – the existing Nvidia Shield comes with a display of 1280×720 pixels resolution. In addition to this, the Nvidia shield 2 will be powered with Android 4.4.2 KitKat, 16GB of internal storage and a front-facing VGA camera.

There is, for now, no information available about when will the Nvidia Shield 2 will be actually available in the market, but being spotted on AnTuTu benchmarks, we can safely predict it to be coming soon.
