Archos Titanium 70 80 97 101LAS VEGAS, USA – French consumer electronics company Archos unveiled its Titanium series of tablets at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show.

The Android tablets offer high-end specifications at extremely affordable prices. Each tablet features a high-definition IPS capacitive multi-touch screen, a dual-core CPU at 1.6 GHz with quad-core GPU, 1080p video decoding, a sleek aluminum design, and the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

The Titanium 70, which has a 7-inch display, is designed to compete with the $199 Amazon Kindle Fire and the Google Nexus 7.

The Titanium 80, like the iPad mini, has 8 inches of screen real estate, although it will be sold at a fraction of the price.

The Titanium 10.1, with a 10.1-inch screen, is 30% cheaper than tablets with comparable features.

The Titanium 97, which comes with a 9.7-inch Full HD screen with a Retina-like resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, matches the latest generation full-sized iPad 4, but for half the price.
