Samsung Epic 4G Sprint upload speedOVERLAND PARK, USA – The Samsung Epic 4G faced issues with 3G uploads on Sprint, and even a recently Over-The-Air (OTA) update was of not of much help and failed to resolve the issue. Not being unaware of the bugs, Sprint has decided to fix this problem, and released an update to fix the speed of the upload.

Users were facing a problem of speeds that would not usually cross the 150kbps mark, but now with an update made available in a period of four days with fixes included. So not every user has gotten it on the 30th of September, but will until today.

The smartphone features an  AMOLED touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor for faster multi-tasking, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, and it supports the Sprint’s 4G WiMAX network, ensuring high speed connectivity on the go.

The biggest advantage making this phone ride high in the market would be being the most powerful multimedia powerhouse amongst the Galaxy phones. Also, the AMOLED display does not fade under direct sunlight, making the screen display visible and not causing any trouble for the user.

The touch feedback of this phone is also very responsive, and with the presence of TouchWIZ, the touchscreen feeling is on a different level altogether.

Dimensions being 4.9″ long and 2.54″ wide. It might not be the best looking phone available at its price tag, but it for sure feels sturdy to hold. The Samsung Epic 4G is priced at US$249.99.
